  • The chairman of the Investment Policy Committee (IPC), the highest decision-making body concerning investments, oversees investment and research activities, ensures that a consistent investment style is maintained, and works to make the best use of insights and capabilities of each portfolio manager.
  • The Investment Process Review Committee monitors the investment strategy development process adopted by the IPC and the process of implementing investment strategies by portfolio managers and when necessary adopts corrective measures and provides guidance.
